一、参赛者所提交作品必须由参赛者本人参与创作(合作作者可联名参加)，参赛者须确认拥有其作品的著作权，大赛组委会不承担包括（不限于）肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、著作权、商标权等纠纷而产生的法律责任，其法律责任由参赛者本人承担，大赛组委会保留取消其参赛资格及追回奖项奖品的权利。
The works submitted by the participants must be created by the participants themselves (collaborators may co sign). The participants must confirm that they have the copyright of their works. The organizing committee of the competition shall not bear the legal liabilities arising from disputes including (but not limited to) portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyright, trademark rights, etc. The legal liabilities shall be borne by the participants themselves, and the organizing committee of the competition has the right to cancel its qualification and recover the prizes.
二、大赛组委会不承担参赛作品在网络传输过程中的丢失、外泄责任及其它由不可抗拒因素造成的任何参赛资料的遗失、错误或毁损责任。
The organizing committee of the competition shall not be liable for the loss or leakage of the entries in the process of network transmission and any other loss, error or damage of the entry data caused by force majeure.
三、参赛作品作者（主创团队）对获奖作品拥有知识产权及所有权，主办方对作品有展览，出版发行、公开播映、等相关的活动等的使用权及版权/IP优先购买权。
The author of the works (the main creation team) owns the intellectual property rights and ownership of the winning works. Saic has the right to use the works for exhibition, publication and distribution, public broadcasting, and other related activities, as well as the copyright /IP preemptive right.
四、参赛期间参赛者不能将参赛作品转让或许可给任何第三方。任何个人或团体在未取得主办方授权的情况下，不得将本次大赛的作品用于任何商业用途。参赛时间以外，参赛者用该作品参加另一同类比赛或相关商业活动不受本大赛组委会限制，但由此可能产生的与其它比赛组织者或有关机构的规定造成冲突而带来的一切后果由参赛者本人承担。
Participants are not allowed to transfer or license their works to any third party during the competition. No individual or group shall use the works of this competition for any commercial purpose without the authorization of the organizer. Outside the competition time, the contestant who uses the work to participate in another similar competition or related commercial activities is not limited by the organizing committee of the competition, but all consequences arising from the conflict with the regulations of other competition organizers or relevant organizations shall be borne by the contestant himself.
五、受大赛组委会的书面邀请，入围团体或个人出席论坛、颁奖典礼、宣传等相关活动。往返交通费，食宿视具体人数部分或全部报销。
Shortlisted groups or individuals invited to attend forums, award ceremonies, publicity and other related activities, all or part of the transportation expenses and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed according to the specific number of people.
六、大赛组委会向获奖者发出获奖通知，若通知发出后两周内无人确认与领取，则视其为自动放弃。
The organizing committee of the competition shall issue notices of the award to the winner. If no one confirms and response the notice within 2 weeks after the notice issued, it shall be deemed as giving up automatically.
七、大赛评委由高校专家教授、以及业界的资深人士组成，评委详细信息及入围作品名单将在上汽设计微信公众号及官网公布。我们将及时在上汽设计微信公众号及官网公布最新进展，敬请关注。
The judges of the competition are composed of experts and professors, as well as senior members of the industry. The detailed information of the judges and the list of shortlisted works will be published on SAIC design’s WeChat public account and official website. We will timely announce the latest development on SAIC design’s WeChat official account and official website, please pay attention to it.
八、本规则如有变动，将会在上汽设计微信公众号及官网上提示修改内容。如若参赛者不接受修改条款，有权退出此次大赛。公告发出后的五个工作日内，参赛者未通知大赛组委会放弃参赛，则默认为接受所变动内容。
If there is any change to the rules, the modification will be prompted on SAIC design’s WeChat public account and official website. Participants have right to withdraw from the competition if they do not accept the revised terms. Within 5 working days after the announcement is issued, if the participants do not notify the committee of the competition to give up the competition, the changed contents will be accepted by default.
九、评审过程中，参赛者如有抄袭之嫌，由提议者提出事实说明，经大赛组委会召开会议讨论。若半数以上委员认同提议，则取消其参赛资格。参赛作品存在抄袭、篡改、伪造、买卖等弄虚舞弊行为等，均视为严重违规行为。一经查实作品不符合申报要求,大赛组委会将取消作品所获全部奖项。
In the process of evaluation, if the contestants are suspected of plagiarism, the proposer will put forward the facts, and the competition organizing committee will hold a meeting to discuss. If more than half of the members agree with the proposal, they will be disqualified. Plagiarism, tampering, forgery, trading and other fraud in the competition are considered serious violations. Once it is verified that the works do not meet the application requirements, the competition organizing committee will cancel all the awards won by the works.
十、凡提交作品参赛并完成报名表者，即被视为接受本规则各项条款。

十一、本次大赛最终解释权归上汽设计所。
